Задача функции «Деятельность города-организатора» заключается в налаживании и управлении эффективными отношениями между организаторами Игр, региональными органами власти и администрацией города-организатора по вопросам создания среды для предоставления высококачественного обслуживания по широкому спектру услуг и обеспечения постоянной поддержки города-организатора на всех объектах Игр.
